What is the check-in and check-out time?

Cabin check in is 2pm and check out is 10am
Site check in is either 11am or 12pm and check out is 10am. Please check with individual holiday parks.

What happens if I arrive before the check in time?

If you arrive earlier then you are free to use the holiday park facilities, however you may not be able to go to your site/cabin until the scheduled check in time.

What happens if we arrive after the office has closed?

We advise all guests to arrive when the office is open, however if this is not possible then please contact the holiday park directly, prior to arrival to make arrangements.

Can I take two or more cars on site?

Sites only provide space for one car, however you should be able to park any additional cars very close to the holiday park.

Are the holiday parks dog friendly?

Yes we have 10 dog friendly parks

Dogs are only permitted on sites and are not allowed in or near cabins. Some holiday parks also have restrictions on the time of year that dogs are allowed in the parks, please check the individual park page for more information.

Is there a BBQ?

Most North Coast Holiday Parks have communal BBQ facilities, please see individual park facilities page for more information.

Are fires permitted in any of the holiday parks?

Due to fire safety hazards, open fires are not permitted in any of our parks. Please use the BBQ facilities provided.

Is there internet access at the holiday parks?

Most of our holiday parks now have Wi-Fi and some offer this service for free. Please check the individual holiday park facilities page for more information.

How big is my site?

The size of your site will vary from park to park. Please contact the park for further details regarding sites.

Is there a silence rule on site?

We ask all guests to please be considerate to neighbours and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings, between the hours of 10pm and 7am

Are there any charges for campsite facilities?

Toilet and shower facilities are free to use in all parks, apart from Red Rock, where you will need 20 cents coins for the showers. BBQs are also free. There is a charge for using laundry facilities and you will need to provide your own detergent.

What easy access facilities do you have at the parks?

How safe are the parks?

Our park managers do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, we do however recommend that visitors to the park take the precaution of securing items of value left outside their tent, cabin or caravan during the day and overnight.
