08/04/2017

Estaury: Some big fathead being caught and released inthe lower estaury this past week. Fish to 95cm not uncommon.Bream in numbers throughout the sytem some up to the high 40cm marks.Kingfish in numbers in the lower areas. Spotted them feeding this morning on the flood tide devouring bait fish on mass. Some serious fish amongst them ,hide you Bream gear.

Beaches: Out of control through the week but the sea has settled down. Southern beach's seem to be the pick, with Tailor ,Bream,Whiting all hitting the beach.

Stones: Plenty of food about so anything could turn up.Big Tailor, Tuna , Sharks , Kings and  Drummer are all playing the game.Could get crowded so manners may need to used.

Offshore: Get out there, it's all happening.Head north with some live baits and you won't miss. Snapper are also on the chew with some nice fish being boated.
