Day 2 of the Brunswick Bowls Carnival

Ferry Reserve, Massey Greene and Terrace Reserve all faced off again for the second week of the Brunswick Heads Bowls Carnival on Saturday 11 July 2015.  Again just over 50 bowlers banded together to play 18 ends of lawn bowls.  This week we also had the pleasure of sharing the greens with the ladies and gentlemen from the Back to Bruns Hot Rod people.  They had organised a rock and roll band to play so all of our lawn bowl players got to play some great rock and roll tunes, they all had such a great time :)

Paul Parsons the manager from Terrace Reserved joined the game this week and all of his guests and residents were really happy to have him attend and play alongside them.

This week the results were Terrace 57 Massey 84 and Ferry 101.

The cumulative scores over the two weeks are Massey 153 Terrace 167 and Ferry 206.

Its still anyones trophy so come on everyone get involved in this Saturday's game and play the last game of the Bowls Tournament and have some great fun with some great people.  If you can't make it to bowl on the day book a table to enjoy the live music and meal at the presentation night after the bowls in the day.  Watch this space for the final results of the Carnival.

Be good, Stace xxx
