Jacaranda Festival

24/10/2015

Jacaranda Festival held from 31st October to 8th November

The Jacaranda is the most beautiful festival, it is held in Grafton, about a half an hour from Corindi Beach Holiday Park.

It would be fantastic in celebrating the oldest family floral event in Australia, Jacaranda Queen crowning, the grand float procession and Venetian carnival & fireworks. There will also be a woodwork exhibition and competition, Dragon boat races which will be on the beautiful Clarence River with the river bank dotted with purple from the Jacaranda trees. The Dragon boat race is the largest boat event in NSW.

As you drive into Grafton, it’s absolutely a knockout of purple from the Jacaranda trees from the top of the trees to all over the ground, the people of Grafton are very welcoming and love visitors to participate in the celebration of the Jacaranda festival.
