Booti Hill & Lakeside Walks (Booti Booti NP)

Booti Booti, The Lakes Way, NSW 2428

Starting from the Ruins camping area, walk out to Seven Mile Beach & along the southern end where the sign posted track starts. You will see Seagull Point and pass through littoral rainforest. After some distance you will come to Lindemans Cove. The branch track to Elizabeth Beach is a worthwhile diverson  & a chance for a swim, but descends steeply.

The track from the junction descends to The Lakes Way coming out opposite Sunset Picnic Area. Take care crossing the busy Lakes Way road.

The last 3.5km follows Wallis Lake, below the Lakes Way.The track then joins a fire trail, you'll then emerge into a grassy clearing, marked with graves.

Follow the mown strip around the fence of the NPWS depot & cross The Lakes Way back to the Ruins camping area.
