Welcome to Ferry Reserve

The beautiful Brunswick River at its doorstep and magnificent Mt Chincogan as its backdrop...

With the beautiful Brunswick River at its doorstep and magnificent Mt Chincogan as its backdrop, North Coast Holiday Parks Ferry Reserve makes the most of its dramatic setting. Named after its location, the site of the first ferry to cross the river, this park is a safe and accessible place for swimming, snorkelling and kayaking. Because it has its own boat ramp - the only park in this area to do so - it is the obvious choice for the committed fisherman or boater. Brunswick Heads with its patrolled surf beach and vibrant cafes is only a three minute drive away. Or, for a safe and healthy family outing, there is a dedicated path/cycleway to town that does not cross any major roads.

Dog friendly (on sites only in off peak and shoulder seasons)* conditions apply.

Park Features Include:

  • Direct access to the river via steps and the parklands
  • Boat ramp on site
  • Holiday activities for children
  • Walk/cycle track to the town centre
  • NSW Fishing Licences sold at office
  • Handball court
  • Free courtesy bus on Friday nights run by local clubs
  • Bicycle holiday purchase available from Phil at Recycles (0413 779 223) with 50% refund on return after your holiday

Specials and deals are not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or concession cards and must be mentioned at the time of booking. All offers are subject to availability and at the park manager's discretion.

Meet Your Park Hosts

Matt & Stacey

A fun, safe and enjoyable experience is what we aim to achieve for all of our guests and their furry friends.

We are a family with two young daughters and would like to invite you and your family into our park to go back to the simple pleasures in life: family, fun, togetherness and nature.  We don’t consider this our job because we love what we do and more importantly the people who come to stay with us.  Our aim is to make sure you feel safe are very comfortable and overall just have a great relaxing time.  Our wonderful friendly staff all work together to make sure you feel welcome and have clean, well-kept facilities for you to enjoy.

We are a dog friendly park (apart from Christmas, Easter and our cabins) and have some wonderful facilities for your furry babies.  Ferry Reserve is located on the banks of the beautiful Brunswick River and with an internal boat ramp in the park it certainly makes it easier for our guests who love to fish, kayak and paddleboard.  This is how camping used to be - but just with modern family and dog friendly facilities, we are the best of both worlds.  Come and join us, we would love to have you here.
