How exciting to have the local volunteer fire service crew in the park training.

While it is the quieter time of year, and we can provide the space to train, our local RFS and  Aaron the Park Manager and Darrin the Groundsman have been honing their skills with drills and training in the park. Much to the delight (and amusement) of our guests, and is of great benefit to all involved.

CCIA Awards 2015- Sydney

Recently Jack and I were told that our Holiday Park, North Beach Holiday Park were finalists in the 2015 CCIA Awards. This was something that we were thrilled about (albeit a little shocked as well) however obviously more so thrilled!  Jack and I along with our whole team work hard every day to provide a friendly, happy, clean and relaxing environment for our guests, so this was a great reward for doing what we love and are so passionate about.

So, on the 13th October 2015 we hopped on a plane to Sydney to attend the awards (on the water in darling harbour) and waited in anticipation for the awards to start. We were so excited just be recognised as a finalist and felt humbled to be part of such a great industry.

Then it came time to announce the winner of our category- Best Holiday Park (less than 100 sites) North Coast (this is where the nerves really kicked in). I sat there thinking- “Wow what if we win, how cool would that be”- and then, the winner was announced- WE HAD WON!! Our little piece of paradise had won! I could hardly believe it. We were so excited and overjoyed, I think I started to cry ha-ha!

Our guests are what make our job so amazing (and easy), we love seeing you all having a great time relaxing and enjoying yourselves, so thank you for choosing our park.

Jack and I had a dream, to one day manage an award winning holiday park, I guess dreams really do come true smile

Vitamin Bead

Great Place to buy Gifts

If you struggle to find the prefect gifts for someone I have found a wonderful local shop called “Vitamin Bead”. With Christmas just around the corner they have so many items it’s hard to select one, you will probably buy one for yourself as well. Just because you are staying at NCHP Jimmys Beach doesn’t mean you can’t go shopping! They are located at shop 2-13 Maxwell Street Tea Gardens which is just across the road from the Tea Gardens Pub.
