Byron Bay Lighthouse

What to do after a long day at the office you say? Well here at Reflections Holiday Parks Clarkes Beach we take a walk to Byron Bay’s famous Lighthouse!

I took our newest front office team member Tiarne for her first light house walk, (Hehe, I did not tell her about the 100’s of steps involved). The 3.7km walk from the entry of our park takes you to a great walking track that runs along the Cape Byron cliff giving you awesome panorama views and taking you to some of the best surfing beach that Byron Bay has to offer such as The Pass & Watego’s, but that’s not all; quench your thirst or those hunger pains at The Pass café for breakfast and lunch or Rae’s on Watego’s restaurant for lunch and dinner. Following the path we arrive to the most easterly point in Australia turning to see the impressive Byron Bay Lighthouse, this is where you get great views of the dolphins play and surf and this time of the year is extra special because you get to see the Whales playing and showing off their calves, Yes they did not disappoint us today!

After the entertainment we make our way down taking the rainforest track which once again has beautiful views of all that Mother Nature has to offer.

Fancy being able to go to work in such a breath taking location, where the beach is your front yard and you are surrounded in all that nature has to offer including friendly wildlife.
