Meet Your Park Hosts

Shane and Debbie have extensive background knowledge of the Caravan/Holiday Park Industry dating back to their first appointment in Healsville Victoria as Leasehold/Operators in 1989.

They took a well-deserved  5 month break in their caravan, travelling the East Coast of Australia and experienced life on the other side of the industry which made them realise their true passion was as operators.

This journey afforded them the opportunity to select the Coffs Coast as their destination of choice to raise their 2 children that are now adults.

Shane and Debbie commenced as Managers of a park on the Coffs Coast in 2003 and after realising the full potential then bought into a partnership.

After turning the park around from a 3 to 4 star they were ready for a new challenge, hence their decision to join Reflections Holiday Parks North Coast, taking up the Managers position at Mylestom in 2010.

Given their business acumen, passion and dedication to the Industry, which was duly recognised, they were then offered to fill the position as Managers at Urunga. For 4 months they continued to operate both parks and then made the decision to manage Hungry Heads Cabins and Reflections Holiday Park Urunga, where they have happily remained. During their time at Urunga they have recently accomplished the Star Rating Australia accreditation of 4 stars.

Shane and Debbie take enormous pride in the grounds and cabins which they are consistently appraised and recognised for and still retain their original passion, which enables them to be a shining example to their dedicated team of staff.
